How long will my order take from payment to delivery?
Our lead times can vary depending on stock items, manufacturing timescales and bespoke finishes. Please get in touch with our team ahead of ordering to ensure that we can manufacture to your project timeframes.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver UK wide including Isle of Wight, Jersey, and Guernsey. We can also arrange delivery to UK ports for transport outside of the UK.
Do I have to be onsite to receive delivery?
Yes, we require someone on-site to oversee the inspect and sign for the goods.
How are your timber products delivered?
The majority of our products are delivered wrapped and strapped on pallets. As we use third party hauliers it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure sufficient means to offload goods. HIAB delivery can be arranged with our haulage team. Large quantity orders can weight considerate amounts so forklift offload is advised where possible.
How do I store delivered timber products?
We advise that timber is installed as soon as possible after delivery, however if storage is required, we recommend lifting it off the floor, on bearers for example. Wrapping should be used as delivered by Millworks, especially with factory coated products which have been packaged for extra protection. Please note that even if you have suitable storage conditions there are many factors which can affect your timber if stored for long periods of time.
