Larch, Zinc and Render
Three house development by Man Construction. These buildings incorporate a great mix of Siberian Larch cladding, zinc and render. The architects vision is for all three materials to complement each other over time, with three shades of grey.
Planed all round battens were used in the best grade of Siberian Larch available in the UK. Sourced and manufactured by Millworks to co-inside with the contractors building program.
Since publishing this case study, Siberian Larch is no longer available. To achieve a similar aesthetic we recommend BCLarch®, a PEFC™ certified, sustainable alternative that delivers long-lasting performance. If a factory coated finish is required, thermally modified species such as Abodo Vulcan®, Imbue™, ThermoWood® Ash and ThermoWood® Pine work best.
